Introduction of centrifugal high pressure atomizer:
The working principle of the high-pressure water atomization powder (granulation) device refers to the smelting of metals or metal alloys under atmospheric conditions. Under the conditions of gas protection, the metal liquid flows down through the thermal insulation tundish and restrictive draft tube. , The metal liquid is atomized and broken into a large number of small metal droplets by the ultra-high pressure water flow through the nozzle. The small droplets form subspherical or irregular-shaped particles under the combined action of surface tension and rapid water cooling during the flight.
