Heating in a vacuum state can remove grease and oxide film on the surface of the workpiece, and the surface of the part has high brightness, without flux, and without cleaning after welding.
Used in aluminum brazing, copper brazing, and stainless steel brazing of aviation parts,automotive parts,electronic communication parts, household appliances, heat exchangers,and various radiators.
Technical principle:
Under vacuum or protective atmosphere conditions, the preset solder between the soldering substrates is heated to a certain temperature to melt, and part of the solder contacts the substrate to diffuse, and the two substrates are soldered after cooling.
