Technical principle: Under vacuum or inert gas atmosphere, molten metal is poured into insulation tundish, then flows through the draft tube, eventually crushed and atomized into extremely tiny droplets by a high-pressure gas atomizer, forming spherical or sub-spherical powder by the effect of surface tension during the process of cooling, the powder is collected by containers connected to atomizing tower and gas-powder separation system.
Equipment overview: This equipment mainly comprised of vacuum melting furnace, insulation tundish(single or double), powder collection system, atomizing tower with vacuum insulation valve, tight coupling supersonic gas atomizer, vacuum system, high-pressure gas supplying and controlling system, water cooling system, electrical control system, etc.
