                            Gas-Water Combined Atomization Powder Production System

Technical principle:
This system combines the advantages of both gas atomization and water atomization, the molten metal is gas atomized preliminary, then immediately water atomized again in a short time, obtaining micro-sized powder with morphology of spheroid.

Overview:
The system mainly comprised of melting furnace, insulation tundish, high pressure water pump, water supplying unit, high-pressure gas supplying unit, controlling system, water-gas coupling atomizer, atomization tower, powder-water filtration unit, electrical controlling unit, etc.
Molten metal is poured into insulation tundish by crucible titling in melting furnace, then flow to gas-water coupling atomizer.
The molten metal stream is impinged by gas jet and become fine droplets, then immediately impinged again by water jet, obtaining even more fine droplets that solidified and deposited in bottom of atomization tower, further process of dehydration&drying and deoxidation shall be performed to get micro-sized spherical powder.

Production process:
Raw material→Smelting→Atomization→Powder→Dehydration (Moisture:5%-15%)→Drying→Reduction→Crushing→Screening→Batching→Prodcut
