Electrode Induction Melting Inert Gas Atomization Powder Production System
Technical principle:
Under vacuum or inert gas protection condition, the slowly rotating feedstock rod is heated by high-frequency induction coil and melted inductively and continuously in the absence of crucible.
Then the molten metal flows into atomization system and is impinged into a spray of droplets by high pressure inert gas of atomizer.The droplets are solidified into spherical powders.
The powder have high chemical purity because the raw material don't contact with crucible and tundish orifice as traditional process.
