Equipment overview:
The equipment adopts a vertical (horizontal) mechanism, which is composed of a vacuum melting chamber,a melting device,a secondary feeding mechanism,a rotary mold device, a vacuum system,an induction power supply,an automatic control sytem,a multi-station observation window,a water cooling system,a multi-station observation window,a water cooling system,and a working platform.
Under vacuum conditions , the medium frequency induction heating crucible and its raw materials ,the raw materials are melted and cast into ingots;widely used in the production of nickel alloys, magnetic materials,precision alloys, non-ferrous metals and their alloys.
Technical principle:
Induction heating metal smelting under vacuum conditions can avoid the formation of oxides from high-temperature melting of metals,ensure that the alloy composition meets the technical standards and the working environment is clean.

1.Has over-temperature,over voltage,and under-voltage alarm fuctions, anti-misoperation interlock and interlock protection to ensure the safe and reliable operation of equipment;
2.The vacuum pump adopts low-noise and energy saving type,with high pumping rate and high efficiency;
3.The coil is treated with a special process, which has a long life and is not easily deformed;
4.Using high efficiency power supply, low reactive power loss and high efficiency;
5.The frequency conversion rotary mold device is adopted, the speed is continuously adjustable,and the function of pouring multiple molds can be realized.
