                                         Water Atomization Powder Production System
Technical Principle:
Molten metal is poured into insulation tundish by crucible tilting in melting furnace under inert gas atmosphere, then flow to high pressure water atomization nozzle system from tundish orifice. The molten metal stream is impinged by jets of water, which immediately solidify the metal into superfine droplets with sub-spherical or irregular shape, further process of dehydration and deoxidization shall be performed to get high-performance powder.

System overview:
This system is mainly comprised of melting furnace, insulation tundish, high-pressure water atomizer,high-pressure water pump and water supplying system, atomizing tower, water-powder separation system, electrical control system, etc.
